The concept of “The Cape” was developed together with Henk Bolivar of Bo Architectura and ILB interieur architects. The Caribbean outdoor living with a seamless transition to the living spaces formed an elementary starting point for the design. When opening the sliding doors of the living room, they disappear completely into the side walls. With this feature the living room merges seamlessly with the very generously sized porch. This creates a particularly large open living space where a wonderful sea breeze always provides cooling.
In the design of The Cape, the choice fell on a combination of raw natural materials combined with refined finishing materials and earth tones. The abundance of light and the mix of pure materials provide a unique and exclusive look.
